General rules

REGISTRATION TILL THE DATE OF CONFERENCE

The conference is scheduled to take place in person as planned, please make your travel and hotel reservations with flexible cancellation policies so that you can cancel them free of charge if necessary if a decision is made to postpone the conference at the last minute. In case of postponement of the conference, the participants will be offered the choice of receiving a full refund or transferring the payment to the new dates.


REGISTRATION FEE FOR MEMBERS INCLUDE

  • Access to the conference on selected days

  • Confirmation of conference attendanc after the conference (in electronic format, by e-mail, if the need is marked on the registration page)

  • Lunch and coffee breaks as indicated in the program


CONFIRMATION

After completing and submitting the registration form, an automatically prepared confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail address, for receiving the registration form. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation, your registration was not successful. Register again or contact the organizers by writing to info@treeconference.lv.


PAYMENT

After completing the registration form, within 5 working days, an invoice will be prepared on the specified details and sent to the specified e-mail address. Please pay the invoice within 10 working days. Due to the limited number of places, the organizers have the right not to approve the application, for which an informative e-mail will be sent.


CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

The registered member can change the registered person without additional charge until 15.05.2023. In case of cancellation of participation, the registration fee is not refunded.


PHOTO AND VIDEO

The event is open to the public and will be photographed and filmed. By registering for the conference, you agree that you will be photographed and filmed and that this material will be used for the needs of the organizers - for creating a retrospective of the event, for further marketing activities, etc.
